Txt Trigger service suspended

The Bango Txt Trigger service has been suspended starting today until further notice.

Access to the service and associated online tools will be unavailable.

We recommend promotion of mobile services using direct URLs rather than SMS.

This affects service promotion only. All STOP, HELP and user authentication functionality remains unaffected.

The issues affecting bango.net have been resolved at around 2:00pm UTC / 9:00am EST.

All Payment and Web Analytics data from January 1st 2011 is now available for reporting.

Analytics planned maintenance

We will be performing maintenance on the Analytics system during the following period:

Start time: Saturday 7th January, 6:00 pm UTC / 1:00 pm EST
End time: Sunday 8th January, 12:00 pm UTC / 7:00 am EST

All Analytics reports will be unavailable and data loading will be paused for the duration of the maintenance.

We expect to have the remainder of the previous 12 months data loaded tomorrow.

Todays maintenance on the Application Analytics system is now complete.

There will be further maintenance on January 6th between 8am UTC / 3am EST and 10am UTC / 5am EST.

This maintenance will have minimal impact on the system.

Effective immediately we are no longer supporting on-bill payments in Singapore.

Credit card payments are still available as normal.
