Bango service issues resolved

All affected traffic is now routed back to the main datacentre and the Bango service is fully operational.

The main datacenter engineering teams have advised us that their problems have been resolved.

We will confirm that and then migrate any affected traffic back to the main datacentre during the next few hours to verify all is well.

Services are operational on Bango.com and Bango.net

Please contact your normal 24/7 support contact if you notice any abnormal behaviour.

Bango service update

We have been in contact with our main Bango datacenter and we have been advised that there is a major outage.

So any traffic being routed to that is is now being rerouted to the secondary datacentre at a different geographical location. You may see intermittent glitches during the next few minutes.

Service notification

We are currently experiencing issues with our service on Bango.net and Bango.com.

Our engineers have been notified and we’ll advise accordingly.

Boost your traffic with the Bango Directory

The auction for the Bango Directory opens today.

The Bango Directory is a search portal that allows you to connect with a whole range of new and existing Bango users. All users have access to the directory so if your site is listed, you have a higher chance of getting your content found.

It’s free to all Bango Content Providers, and you are able to register keywords and a description against your content so that over 1.5 million potential customers can find your site quickly and easily.

Bango US office opening times over Thanksgiving

The Bango US office will be open until Wednesday 25th November 2009 at 2pm EST for the Thanksgiving weekend break.

The US office will open again on Monday 30th November.

The UK office will be open during normal office hours and will be able to answer all your queries.

Analytics data – access restored

The delay in the Analytics has been resolved and all data is now available from the usual reporting area at http://bango.com.
