Connection: Telia Billing Gateway
Affected functionality: BillingInfo: There are currently ongoing disturbances towards the Telia billing gateway affecting the premium traffic to their customers. We are looking into the problem and await further status from the Operator.

Payment for Optimus Australia is currently disabled as Optimus have updated their gateways which has caused a connectivity malfunction.
This is being worked on as a priority and will be resolved as soon as possible.

We’ve received reports that customers are unable to access 69000 from the US. We’re currently investigating.
O2 customers are able to access with no issues so this is a localised to US networks.

PayPal is currently disabled so no users are being offered this payment method.
This is because of tehnical issues with the PayPal service. We’re in contact with PayPal technical team and working with them to resolve these issues.
