Orange UK billing outage

Orange UK are currently investigating a billing outage to their system.
 We noticed that this issue was causing connection errors earlier this morning (3.45 am GMT) and reported the problem to Orange UK.
As soon as Orange have some news we will let you know.
This issue is now resolved.

Orange Spain billing outage – now resolved

As you may know, Orange Spain have been experiencing billing outages in recent weeks.  A lot of hard work was involved, but we’re pleased to report that the issue was fixed two weeks ago, after a 20 day outage.
