As you know the holidays are nearly here and we just wanted to let you know the best times to get hold of us.

Our customer support team will be available through the usual channels throughout the holidays, except for these days:

Normal service will be provided 9am – 5.30pm (GMT and ET) apart from on the days listed above.  

Of course any critical issue can be reported through our 24/7 emergency support number, which you can find in your Bango Management tools (depending on your service level).
