2007 in review

Here are some of the milestone announcements we have made over the past year.
Remember that although we’re looking back on 2007, it’s not too late to use the information below to grow your business in 2008!

Tele2 Billing Sweden

There are currently ongoing disturbances towards the Tele2 billing gateway affecting the charging traffic to their customers. Our billing partner is looking into the problem and await further status from the Operator.
This issued has been resolved.

Your free Bango induction webinar

Our next weekly webinar for new Bango customers will be on Tuesday (18th December), at 4pm GMT.

Token checker maintenance

We’ve done some maintenance to the token checker module this should have no impact to the live service.
If you spot any issues please contact customer services using your normal contact channel.

Service maintenance

We’ve been informed that our data center is performing emergency maintenance which will involve a disturbance to the Bango service.
 As a pre-cautionary measure we’ve failed over.
 There should be no disruption to service during this time.
 If you identify any issues please contact Customer services.

Norwegian Billing Suspended

Billing in Norway is currently suspended.  We are working with our billing partner to resolve the issue.

New user interface now live

Last week we gave you a sneak preview of the new user interface for adding and managing your Bango URLs. We have completely revamped the page where you can manage each Bango Number.
