New Orange UK pricepoints

A range of new pricepoints are now available on Orange UK for on-bill payment.

Vodafone Spain transcoding

Despite the great progress we have seen in the past few weeks, the traffic we see from Vodafone Spain is again suffering. Since 17.45 GMT yesterday around 95% of the traffic we have seen from VF Spain is missing the user agent and the user identification header.

O2 UK- Outage. (Resolved)

We have detected a connectivity issues on the O2 network. O2 customer are unable to establish a WAP.O2 is working to resolve the issue; we will keep updated on their progress. 
Issue resolved; Traffic has been restored to normal level.

Bango Customer service. 

Orange UK billing outage

There is a current outage on Orange UK billing. 
 We’ve disabled this billing route and all Orange billing is being billed via PSMS.
 Orange apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This is now resolved and Orange billing is operating as normal.

Orange UK – Connectivity issues

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with Orange UK. Orange informed us that they are experiencing an outage in their billing systems and they are working to resolve it as swiftly as possible.
On bill payment for Orange customers is currently unavailable.
