Please note that the 57788 shortcode for Ireland will expire on the 31st October 2008 and has been replaced with a new shortcode 57842 . Please adjust all your marketing and advertising accordingly.

Bango support services fully restored

Our knowledge base center and email connectivity to support@bango.com is fully operational.
Our vendor experienced connectivity issues related to power outages in the Central London area. Power has been restored, and restoration of the support services are complete.
On behalf of our vendor we apologise for any disruption caused.

Our support center is currently experiencing data connectivity issues.
The issue has been raised with our vendors and they are investigating to ascertain cause of outage and estimated uptime. We will update the service blog when we have more information.
