MSISDN’s are recycled after 60 days in Australia so marketing databases can be no older than that.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Telefonica where the identification from the user isn’t being passed to Bango correctly.
Therefore currently all Telefonica users are unidentified and will be required to register.
We’re working with Telefonica to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

There was a period of intermittent connectivity problems between our primary datacentre provider and parts of the internet from 17:52:52 BST to 17:54:02 BST.
These have now cleared but we are monitoring closely.

The Operator has been notified of the problem and is investigating. Any updates will be added to this blog entry as they become available.
We’re still seeing intermittent connectivity issues which are under investigation by the operator.
