Bango takes care of the AT&T Gateway changes for Content Providers

You may have seen an AT&T notification regarding the addition of a new WAP Gateway.
Bango makes sure that the all the necessary changes are made and no impact is felt on you, the Content Provider.

Bango’s US office will be CLOSED November 27th and 28th

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Bango’s U.S. office will be closed Thursday, November 27, and Friday November 28th, 2008, and will re-open Monday December 1st.
If your site experiences a severity 1 or severity 2 issue, please submit an incident using the procedures defined in your service documentation.
The UK office is open on these days.

Changes to UK VAT

Yesterday the UK government announced a VAT change from 17.5% to 15% from 1st December 2008. 
Our Finance team are currently working through the changes and we’ll notify you of any impact as soon as possible.
