The 62866 Bango shortcode will expire at the end of February.
Please make sure that all your marketing and advertising is changed to reflect another shortcode by then as no communications will be sent or received via this shortcode from the beginning of March.

Three UK confirmed that an IP issue in their Manchester’s data centre is affecting the entire service, browsing and billing.
Although we have started to see some successful payments from 12:24, Three hasn’t confirmed yet that the issue has been resolved.

Yesterday’s customer update mentioned that you are able to set up an initial free price and then subsequent charges after that on subscriptions for Spain’s Movistar. Unfortunatly with the structure of the subscriptions in Spain this is not a possibility.

According to the ISO 3166 standard, a number of Country names have been updated to reflect changing political borders and Country names. As such, we are updating the Country names and operator networks in our systems to reflect the changes.

We have barred 3UK billing due to connectivity issues. We are working with 3UK to resolve this as soon as possible.
