3UK Essential Billing System Maintenance – 30th-31st March 2009

This is to inform you that essential maintenance is planned for 30th-31st March 2009 on the 3UK Billing System and may cause interruptions to connections between 23:30 on 30/03 and 05:30 am on 31/03.

Orange issue resolved.

Orange Users can resume paying on-bill.
The disturbance towards the Orange billing systems have stabilized and traffic is now back to normal. This disruption originated within the operators network and we have now been assured the issue has been resolved.

Orange UK. Orange is experiecing service Issues. Issue start 15:02 GMT 9th March

We have been advised Orange UK is experiencing issues affecting a wide range of web services, including billing. Currently Orange users are unable to pay on-bill.
Orange engineers are already working to resolve the issues.

AT&T US – Maintenance complete

AT&T maintenance is now complete.  Payments are working as normal.

AT&T US. We are experiencing connectivity issues. Issue start 7:11 am 06 Mar 09

We have been advised AT&T is performing maintenance work this morning.

This maintenance work has affected premium transactions and AT&T users have been unable to pay on-bill since 7:11 this morning.
We are working together  with AT&T to resolve this issue and will keep you updated on our progress.
