New functionality to support Subscription renewals that fall after the 28th day of the month

If a subscription renewal date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, the next month will potentially not have that number of days available. The current process is to renew the subscription on the closest date available and then continue to renew on the ‘new’ subscription date from then onwards.

New messaging on AT&T payment pages

As a request from AT&T , the payment link shown to AT&T users will now be displayed as ‘Pay on my phone bill’ for both subscription and once off payments, when the on-bill payment choice is offered to AT&T users.

Adjust the highlighting panel colours on the payment pages to suit your branding

You can now adjust the highlighted panel on the payment pages to suit the colour scheme on your site.
Visit the Management tools and go to the properties section where you will find the branding information. Here you will be able to adjust this to suit your needs.

Bango opening times over the Easter break

The Bango offices will be open until 5:30 pm UK time and 5:30pm EST on Thursday 9th April.
The US office will re-open on Monday the 13th April and the UK office will open on the 14th April.
