O2 Data Network Difficulties

You may have seen a drop in revenue from O2UK customers on the 21st and 22nd July. This was due to an issue affecting data connection on the O2 network.
The issue has now been resolved.

The issues affecting AT&T billing have been resolved and payments are now processing normally.

We are working with the operator to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

Orange UK direct billing outage – Resolved

The issue affecting Orange UK billing has been resolved.

There is currently an issue affecting the Orange UK billing platform.
Payments on this network will be made via PSMS until the issue is resolved.

Vodafone UK billing outage

Between 15th July 22:30 and 16th July 06:30 UTC there were problems on the Vodafone UK billing platform.
Vodafone UK payments were processed via premium SMS during this time.
The problem has now been resolved.
