Users are now able to supply you with reasons why they have cancelled a subscription on their handset through the My Account section on bango.net.
This gives you richer information why subscribers are cancelling and you can therefore adjust your service to tailor your offering.
The following reasons have been added:
- I don’t use this service anymore
- Service not working in my device
- I didn’t get what I thought I would
- Not worth the price
- Other
