On-handset User help

We have launched the new Help section for Users on their handsets. This will hopefully reduce confusion and give Users more confidence when purchasing content on their mobile phones.

The new Help section includes:

  • “Related topics” feature
  • Improved feedback and report a problem to a Content Provider
  • Help available during the payment flow
  • Country-specific help
  • Network-specific help
