Bango has expanded Elaine Davies’ role to SVP Customer Services to ensure that Bango customers get the best service possible. Elaine’s drive and customer focus makes her the ideal choice: she is passionate about leveraging technology to create compelling service solutions and committed to driving the customer experience from the start.

We want to make sure that Bango is always “great to deal with” – that a big part of the reason for choosing our products is the positive experience of being a Bango customer. Elaine will be active in all aspects of this customer experience in her expanded role, including spending as much time as possible directly with customers to understand what’s working, what needs fixing, and pushing the company to keep our customers at the centre of everything.
Prior to joining Bango Elaine was head of Customer Services for an EDI/XML Electronic Commerce company. This involved delivering and supporting mission critical solutions for companies from wide ranging business sectors and companies including local and national government, police forces, Anheuser Busch, Colgate Palmolive, Honda, British Airways and GlaxoSmithKline. Elaine holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from Plymouth University.
