1st October 2009 deadline for MMA guideline changes

This is a reminder that from the 1st October 2009 all digital advertising must be changed to reflect the latest MMA changes.

One of the highlights is that the wording for communicating rates to end users must be adjusted.

It must now say: “Msg&Data Rates May Apply”

All print, radio and television media must be changed by the 1st January 2010
