Bango Analytics Update

Many Bango analytics reports are producing reports on data up to around 3.5hrs behind “real-time”.
Reports normally show data from as recently 10 to 20 minutes behind “real-time”.

This is due to abnormally high data collection volumes over the last 10-12 hours, coupled with many customers running complex “month end reports”

All data is being recorded and processed, and we expect the reporting system to “catch up” early on Thursday June 3rd.

Operations staff are monitoring the process.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
