Important improvements to the way you get paid

From 2nd August 2010 we are introducing a new Self Billing Invoice (SBI) system which streamlines the payment process.

For sales in Europe, the system automatically calculates the correct Value Added Tax (VAT).

To use the new SBI system visit the management tools at This will be available from the 2nd August 2010.

  • In the “Account” tab, ensure all your VAT, organization and payment details are correct – this is important to getting paid the right amount and on time.
  • Go to the “Financials” tab and click on “View money earned” to see all your purchase orders and invoices. The first time you do this you will be asked to approve the new Self Billing Invoice agreement.
  • To get paid each month, simply view your latest invoice that we automatically add to your package every month and click “send”.

We will send a confirmation email to your finance contact.

On Friday 30th July 2010 the Financials section will be updated with details of the change. You will temporarily be unable to view or print any purchase orders, in particular the purchase order which will be created for the 1st August. Previous purchase orders will not be affected by this change.

Until the 30th July, please continue to generate invoices to send to Bango in the usual way.
